transformation management and change management for large ICT programs. I was,
as partner, responsible for acquisition & finance and one of the 25 change
managers who managed large change processes within the organization of our
multinational customers. Like ABN AMRO, Philips, Shell, General Electric, Vopak,
Essent, Randstad, KPN and Ministry of Defense. We formed the Vision Web Group,
extending our services (with IT and finance) and geographical coverage to be
able to support our customers. In 2001 The Vision web group consists of ca. 600
employees, was located in Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Singapore and

before it was taken over by HP in 2001. In 1989 DEC had planned to increase service sales
because of the erosion of profits in hardware. As programme manager I was

international programs, the development of consortia and contracts for
cooperation. With some programs several hundreds of millions of Euro were
concerned. As business development manager I was responsible for the acquisition
