                               Supply Chain Manager ad interim

·         Organized and trained planning, purchasing and customer services department

·         Responsible for lowering inventory levels for finished, semi-finished and raw and packing materials (from 3,2 mln. too 2,01 mln Euro’s) thus increasing the cashflow situation + getting rid of obsolete stocks

·         Increasing item availability by introducing new working procedures

·         Responsible for a more stable production plan (frozen period) and introducing short and long term planning procedures

·         Introducing OTIF measurement and achieving > 90 % OTIF (was: 50-60 %)

·         Involved in introducing lean supply chain methods (by giving workshops to personnel)

·         Responsible for organizing and restructuring purchasing process and introducing consignment stock, VMI and cycle replenishment with suppliers

·         Involved in the project team to develop the supply chain logistics for the new plant (inbound and outbound logistics/Kanban system etc.) too result in a lean manufacturing plant

·         Analyzed and delivered a solution and plan of approach to optimize and restructure the operational ordering department and production planning departments in relation to optimizations of the production plan’s volume;

·         Implemented lean manufacturing principles, Kanban and JIT strategies and achieved higher levels of delivery performance and streamlining logistics.

Interim Manager Planning and Logistics

·         Performed an analysis of the supply chain for this company, gave solutions per discipline and solutions for a better integration of the disciplines and designed an improvement plan with management and employees to decrease the backlog situation by approximate 500 K and increased the output of the plant;

·         Set the priorities for all the actions and implemented the actions with the task force and several workgroups in the organization in Uden and mainly in the plant in Slowakia.
